თბილისის ქარხანა 1944 წლიდან უწყვეტად აშენებს საბრძოლო თვითმფრინავებს. სამი ოპერაციული რეჟიმი, ერთი ქარხნის ფართობი და თაობათა შორის ინჟინერთა მშვიდი მემკვიდრეობა.
საბჭოთა პერიოდში ქარხანამ აწარმოა ათასობით მოიერიშე და სავარჯიშო ხომალდი. 1991 წლის შემდეგ ის ფაქტობრივად უმოქმედო იყო ორი ათწლეულის განმავლობაში, ხოლო 2015 წელს ვაჟა თორდიამ დააარსა TAM Management LLC და განაახლა უწყვეტი ოპერაციები თანამედროვე ტექნიკური და შრომის უსაფრთხოების სტანდარტებით.
დღეს TAMM აერთიანებს მოდერნიზაციას, კაპიტალურ აღდგენას, შიდა ინჟინერიას, საფრენ წვრთნას და მომწოდებლების პარტნიორობას ერთსა და იმავე ფართობზე, ერთიანი DEKRA-სერტიფიცირებული ხარისხის სისტემით.

History
The Tbilisi Aviation Factory traces its origins to the WWII evacuation of two Soviet aircraft facilities to Tbilisi. From LaGG-3 fighters for the Caucasus Front in 1941 to Su-25 deliveries today, eight decades of continuous airframe work on the same floor.
Three operating regimes, fifteen aircraft programmes, one factory floor.

TAMM does not operate in isolation. The plant is wired into a global aerospace supply chain and a network of integration partners that bring subsystems, avionics, weapons and certification onto the same floor.

TAMM operates under three general licenses from Georgian legislation and a DEKRA-certified quality management system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and the aerospace-specific EN 9100:2018.
The workshop maintains internationally accepted standards in both technical disciplines (including seismic resistance and fire safety) and labor safety. Governance is built on the best practices of corporate governance.
