Overview
Operators taking delivery of a modernised airframe need a crew that can fly it. The training programme combines theoretical instruction with simulator-led practical training across piloting, navigation, combat techniques, weapons-systems operation and emergency procedures.
Courses are tailored to operator requirements and the specific airframe configuration. Type-rating, conversion training, and continuation training are all delivered from the same simulator infrastructure on the Tbilisi floor.
Beyond aircrew, TAMM also delivers ground-crew training across maintenance, weapons-loading and quality-inspection disciplines — the same skills the plant relies on internally.

Qualification
Check-rides and qualification on type. Continuation-training programme handed over to the operator.
