Pantiko (Vazha) Tordia. Aircraft designer and mechanical engineer. Graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute in 1967 and joined the Tbilisi Dimitrov Aviation Plant the same year. Director of the plant since 1978. Founded TAM Management LLC in 2015 and restarted continuous operations on the same factory floor where he began his career.
Under his direct leadership the factory entered serial production of the Su-25 attack aircraft and its modifications, as well as the R-60 and R-73 air-to-air missile lines.
