Missiles.
Service-life extension and ground-launch retrofit for R-60 / R-73 class air-to-air missiles. The Tbilisi floor that produced both missile classes at six-thousand-plus units a year now keeps them in service for legacy operators.
The portfolio
Three programmes.
Two missile-class lifecycle programmes — R-60 and R-73 — plus a retrofit kit that converts existing air-launched stock into a surface-launched short-range air-defence asset.
01 Short-range AAM Short-range air-to-air · Lifecycle extension
R-60
IR-guided short-range air-to-air missile. Inspection, recertification and component renewal to extend in-service life.
02 High-off-boresight AAM Short-range air-to-air · Lifecycle extension
R-73
High-off-boresight short-range AAM. Recertification, component renewal and bench-test to return airframes to spec.
03 Launcher conversion kit Surface-launched conversion
Ground-launcher retrofit
Conversion of R-60 / R-73 missiles for surface-launched short-range air defence. Re-uses existing missile stock in a new role.
Service matrix
Five services. Three programmes.
The lifecycle programmes use the same inspection and recertification toolchain. The retrofit programme is a separate conversion package that re-uses the missile stock the lifecycle programme has already certified.

Heritage
Same floor. Same missiles.
At its Soviet-era peak the Tbilisi plant produced more than six thousand R-60 and R-73 class air-to-air missiles a year. Today the workshop services the same missile classes for legacy operators — inspection, recertification, component renewal, and ground-launch retrofit on the same equipment that built them.
