Design.
Restore.
Train.

Three capability lines on the same Tbilisi floor — the engineering bureau that owns the programme, the workshop that brings the airframe back, and the training operation that hands an aircraft to its crew.

Design Bureau

System upgrades, third-party subsystem integration, and bespoke airframe variants for the global aerospace market. The bureau also develops solutions for problems faced by states and operators outside the standard production line.

Scope

System upgrades + integration — the operator gets the full output of the line, scoped to programme requirements.

  • Clean-sheet airframe and systems design
  • Bespoke variant development for state operators
  • Third-party subsystem integration · avionics, weapons, sensors
  • Reverse engineering and reverse certification
  • Interface control documents and wiring diagrams
  • Bench-test rigs and ground-test instrumentation

Capital Restoration

Complete overhaul to zero-hour condition: structural, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. Covers airframes and missile systems, separate from modernization packages.

Scope

Full overhaul to zero-hour condition — the operator gets the full output of the line, scoped to programme requirements.

  • Strip-down and component-level inspection
  • Structural repair and corrosion treatment
  • Powerplant overhaul and recertification
  • Hydraulics, pneumatics and fuel-system overhaul
  • Electrical and avionics overhaul to original specification
  • Ground-test instrumentation and bench-test

Flight Training

Type-rating and conversion training for pilots. Theoretical instruction paired with simulator-led practical training: piloting, navigation, combat techniques and systems operation.

Scope

Theory + simulator + practical — the operator gets the full output of the line, scoped to programme requirements.

  • Pilot type-rating courses on TAMM-modernised platforms
  • Conversion training between aircraft families
  • Continuation training and recurrent qualification
  • Simulator-led practical instruction
  • Navigation, weapons and systems-operation modules
  • Emergency procedures and CRM training

The pipeline

Three lines, one floor.

The bureau designs the programme. The workshop restores the airframe. The training operation hands the aircraft to its crew. All three on the same site, under one quality system.
