Design Bureau
System upgrades, third-party subsystem integration, and bespoke airframe variants for the global aerospace market. The bureau also develops solutions for problems faced by states and operators outside the standard production line.
Capital Restoration
Complete overhaul to zero-hour condition: structural, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. Covers airframes and missile systems, separate from modernization packages.
Flight Training
Type-rating and conversion training for pilots. Theoretical instruction paired with simulator-led practical training: piloting, navigation, combat techniques and systems operation.

Reopening the plant
After the Soviet collapse the Tbilisi plant sat idle. Vaja Tordia founded TAM Management LLC in 2015 and restarted operations. The workshop was re-equipped to current technical and labor-safety standards.
